1. Site publisher
The site dropes.co and the "Dropes" service are published by Legakte SRL (trading as "Dropes"), a company under Belgian law with its registered office at Avenue des Gerfauts 10 box 34, 1170 Watermael-Boitsfort, Belgium.
2. Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States. Delivery relies on servers located in the European Union where possible.
3. Purpose & services
Dropes is a consulting service that helps freelancers, SMEs and accounting firms use artificial intelligence (Claude) on their own management tools, starting with Odoo. Two offers are available:
- The diagnosis — free. Connection to your Odoo via a read-only API key, revocable at any time. No data is changed; an opportunities report is shown to you and can be emailed to you.
- The Method — from €99 incl. VAT per year, subscription (€99 for one file, €249 for a Practice up to 50 files, €459 for a Firm with unlimited files). Unlocking of the entries of the Dropes plugin (Odoo connector + skills): beyond read-only, imputation, drafts and posting are enabled, with updates and new skills. Annual renewal, cancel anytime.

4. Price, order & payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (Belgian VAT of 21% included). Payments are securely processed by our provider Stripe; Dropes never has access to your card data. Appointments are booked via Cal.com. An invoice is issued for every purchase.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer generally has a 14-day period to withdraw. One exception applies to our offers:
- The Method (digital content): by accessing the content immediately after purchase, you expressly request its performance and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once access is opened.
Outside these cases, a withdrawal request can be sent to info@dropes.co.
6. Liability
The diagnosis provides indicative, non-contractual estimates. Dropes operates on the principle “AI proposes, you validate”: the connection is read-only and any action remains subject to your approval. You remain solely responsible for your data, your bookkeeping and compliance with your legal and tax obligations.
7. Intellectual property
The site content, plugins, skills and methods provided remain the property of Legakte SRL. Purchasing an offer grants you a personal, non-exclusive right of use; any resale or redistribution without authorization is prohibited.
8. Complaints & mediation
Any complaint can be sent to info@dropes.co. Failing an agreement, the consumer may turn to the Consumer Mediation Service (Belgium) or to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Applicable law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Brussels, without prejudice to the protective provisions applicable to consumers.
