How do I view my invoices, change plan or cancel? +
From your secure customer portal (hosted by Stripe), you can view and download your invoices, update your payment method, change plan or cancel your subscription at any time, on your own. You can also email us at contact@legakte.be.
How does payment work? +
The diagnosis is free. The Method is an annual subscription (€99/year, cancel anytime) with updates and new skills included. The Method includes an onboarding video so you can get started on your own.
Are prices VAT-inclusive? +
Yes, Belgian VAT (21%) is included in the displayed prices, and an invoice is provided.
How do I go from the diagnosis to The Method? +
The free diagnosis connects your Odoo in read-only. With The Method you wire the Dropes connector into your AI and the entries unlock (drafts, Belgian imputation, posting). You always keep the last click.
Do I need a Claude account? +
Yes. It's your own Claude account and subscription — we don't get in the way and resell nothing. We simply show you how to connect it to your tools.
